PACT Advertising Inc (“PACT”) respects your privacy. If you are a job applicant, we use your personal information to evaluate your application and assess whether to offer you a position. If you are not offered or do not accept a position, me may retain this information for a reasonable period if an appropriate position becomes available.

To the extent any linked online services or third-party features are not owned or controlled by us, PACT is not responsible for these third parties’ information practices.
Personal information is maintained on our servers or those of our service providers and will be accessible by authorized employees, representatives and agents as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and GDPR rules. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we retain personal information we obtain about you as long as (1) it is needed for the purposes for which we obtained it, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, or (2) we have another lawful basis for retaining the data beyond the period for which it is necessary to serve the original purpose for collecting the data.
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information we obtain through the Site against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.
The Site is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. PACT does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Site. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete that information from our records.
