PACT Advertising Inc (“PACT”) respects your privacy. If you are a client or prospective client, we may collect your name and contact information, financial, credit billing and account information and information about your business, goals, or objectives.

If you apply for a position at PACT, we will collect the personal information contained in your application package, as well as information we may collect from third parties, such as references that you have provided, involved in evaluating your application.

If you are a vendor, supplier or other service provider, we may collect your name and contact information, information about your qualifications, and banking information.

In connection with your use of the Site, you may provide personal information to us in various ways. The types of personal information we may obtain include personal information contained in content you submit, such as when you email us by clicking on email address hyperlinks on the Site. You are not required to provide this information but, if you choose not to do so, we may not be able to offer you certain of our services and features of the Site. How We Use the Information We Obtain

We use the information we collect to:

If you are a job applicant, we use your personal information to evaluate your application and assess whether to offer you a position. If you are not offered or do not accept a position, me may retain this information for a reasonable period if an appropriate position becomes available.
If you are a vendor, supplier, or other service provider, we use your information to assess your suitability for particular assignments, to contact you and to pay you for your services.

Retention of Personal Information

Personal information is maintained on our servers or those of our service providers and will be accessible by authorized employees, representatives and agents as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and GDPR rules. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we retain personal information we obtain about you as long as (1) it is needed for the purposes for which we obtained it, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, or (2) we have another lawful basis for retaining the data beyond the period for which it is necessary to serve the original purpose for collecting the data.

How We Protect Personal Information

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information we obtain through the Site against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.

Children’s Personal Information

The Site is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. PACT does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Site. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete that information from our records.
